Missions are a regular occurence, taking the shinobi out of their village and into the world to accomplish objectives. Sometimes they are easy, like escorting a young woman to her home. Sometimes, however they are nearly impossible, like stealing a secret scroll from an enemy village. The primary objective in any mission, though, is to stay alive.

A shinobi faces death almost every day. Life isn't all problems, though. Shinobi fall in love, marry and even have kids. The occasional assasination doesn't dampen their spirits.
