Is it alright for the school board to look at kids myspace w/o the kids permission? Isn't that a violation of privacy if the kids myspace is set to private?
Another thing. Students who post rude comments on myspace, should they get in trouble by the school? I dun think so because anybody can say whatever they want as long as it isn't hurting anyone physically or have any intention to hurt any one. The school has no right to punish children for what they say. If its so bad, then why doesn't the state do anything... oh thats right. becasue it doesn't matter. Thats not right. Kids at school are getting in trouble for having the freedom of speech outside of school, on myspace, face book and even xanga. it makes me very angry.
Please... somebody put in something to this, if you agree or disagree I want to know
